• Direct Stock: We are importers and stockists. You can buy our own imported ranges of toys and beauty products directly from our UK warehouse.

• Agency Lines: We act as official agents for major UK wholesalers, giving you one-point access to thousands of additional big-brand products.

We are both. For our primary ranges, we are the stockist—we own the inventory and ship it directly to you. For our agency partners, we manage the relationship and sales process to simplify your sourcing, ensuring you get the same professional service regardless of where the stock is held.

Once you create a trade account, you can log in to our portal to browse our inventory. From your Profile you can also download a full csv of all stock on the B2B shop. The data will include price and UPC.

For agency bulk deals, we send out regular stock lists via email or WhatsApp to our registered users.

You can also join our WhatsApp broadcast channel to get first alert of new lines being offered.

Our MOQs depend on which range you are sourcing:

• Toy Connect Imports: We typically maintain higher MOQs on our own stock. This is a deliberate strategy to protect our customers' margins by limiting the number of sellers on a listing and preventing price erosion.

• Agency Lines: MOQs for these products are set by our supplier partners. These vary depending on the brand and category, ranging from small case quantities to full pallets.

You are not able to checkout an order on the B2B Shop until the MOV has been met.

The order process is very simple - Create a trade account and add products to your basket on the B2B shop. Once the minimum order value has been met for the vendor/supplier you want to order from your order will be forwarded to Toy Connect to confirm stock availability.

You will be invoiced directly via email for the items you have ordered. Each supplier has it's own terms regarding payment that you can agree directly with them or with Toy Connect's assistance. 

Toy Connect accept credit card payments and charge a card processing fee for this. Each supplier/vendor works differently so please check once you have received your invoice to pay.

All our owned stock is dispatched directly from our UK-based warehouse. Agency orders are shipped directly from our partner wholesalers' UK warehouses. This ensures fast domestic shipping times and no surprise import duties for our customers.

This varies order to order. Some will be sent next day once paid and others we will advise of ETA's. You can always contact Toy Connect for further clarity. 

Yes, we sell to all trade businesses and all suppliers are happy to work with Amazon sellers.

Yes. Whether you are buying our imported stock or an agency line, you will receive a professional, VAT-compliant UK invoice. We understand the requirements for "ungating" and account health, and our documentation is designed to meet the standards of major platforms like Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop.

There are no fees for Toy Connect's service. It is free to open a trade account and place orders through us.

We visit all suppliers/vendors in person and inspect their products before we begin offering their services.

We also conduct monthly performance reviews of all supplier partners.

Absolutely. A large percentage of our customers use third-party prep centres. You can set your prep centre as the delivery address at checkout, and we will ensure the goods and paperwork are sent there directly.

No you do not need to be VAT registered to order via Toy Connect.

In order for us to protect our relationships with the vendors we do not share names until an order has been placed.

We are all too willing to meet customers on a face to face basis and would welcome any requests.
