How Toy Connect Works

Toy Connect is a sales agent/broker that works with multiple toys suppliers in the UK. Think of us as an account representative for these suppliers.

Toy Connect offers all products available from their supplier partners and collects orders from retailers who wish to buy the stock offered. 

All suppliers are VAT registered, based in the UK and ship to you from UK warehouses. 

Toy Connect specialises in Toys, Games, Books and Collectibles. Watch this space for expansion into further categories.

Open a trade account through our B2B Shop and you will be able to browse all products by Name, SKU, UPC and also sort by Vendor code. 

The order process is very simple - Create a trade account and add products to your basket on the B2B shop. Once the minimum order value has been met for the vendor/supplier you want to order from your order will be forwarded to the supplier to confirm stock availability.

Each supplier/vendor sets it's own minimum order value which varies from £250 to £5,500. 

You are not able to checkout an order on the B2B Shop until the MOV has been met.

The vendor/supplier will invoice you directly via email for the items you have ordered. Each supplier has it's own terms regarding payment that you can agree directly with them or with Toy Connect's assistance. 

Yes all suppliers/vendors provide invoices for all orders placed via Toy Connect. 

Some suppliers/vendors will accept credit card payments. Some will charge a card processing fee for this. Each supplier/vendor works differently so please check once you have received your invoice to pay.

After the first order has been placed some suppliers will offer the opportunity to open a credit account with them. This will be offered on a case by case basis by each supplier and is not guaranteed. 

All Toy Connect brokered orders will be delivered by the supplier via courier of their choice. The majority of suppliers will offer free shipping. 

This varies supplier to supplier. Some will send next day once paid and others will advise of ETA's. You can always contact Toy Connect for further clarity. 

Yes, we sell to all trade businesses and all suppliers are happy to work with Amazon sellers.

All suppliers/vendors provide invoices with the information Amazon require for ungating. 

There are no fees for Toy Connect's service. It is free to open a trade account and place orders through us.

We visit all suppliers/vendors in person and inspect their products before we begin offering their services.

We also conduct monthly performance reviews of all supplier partners.

Toy Connect earn a commission from each brokered order we arrange. This commission is paid to Toy Connect by the supplier.

Yes, from your Profile you can download a full csv of all stock on the B2B shop. The data will include price and UPC.

No you do not need to be VAT registered to order via Toy Connect.

In order for us to protect our relationships with the vendors we do not share names until an order has been placed.

Along with our agency service we also look to source stock from suppliers who we do not have an agency arrangement with.

This means we buy the stock, add a small margin and sell it you. In these scenarios you will receive an invoice from Toy Connect. 

When making payment for an order you agree to the terms of the supplier you are ordering from. The majority of suppliers will only accept returns if the products are damaged or incorrect. 

We are all too willing to meet customers on a face to face basis and would welcome any requests.
